In 2004, Scott formed Haven Realty Services and since then has led the company to over $50 million in sales.

Stan has been an active speaker and continuing professional education conference leader for various professional organizations such as the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a real estate investor himself, Stan has bought and sold properties for quick-turn profits, and also owns and manages a variety of long-term rental properties.
