Scott has been a resident of Winter Haven since 1992 when he relocated from south Florida to work as an accountant in the healthcare industry. While climbing the corporate ladder as an accountant, he developed an interest in real estate as he acquired rental properties for his personal investment and in 2000 he took the full time real estate plunge.
In 2004, Scott formed Haven Realty Services and since then has led the company to over $50 million in sales.

Stan brings a strong background in accounting and business consulting to his current real estate activities. He spent eleven years with one of the Big-Five national accounting firms where he gained extensive training and experience in auditing, taxes, and management consulting. Upon leaving that firm in 1977 as an Audit Manager, he formed his own consulting firm which has evolved into its present form as CFI Services, Inc.
Stan has been an active speaker and continuing professional education conference leader for various professional organizations such as the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
As a real estate investor himself, Stan has bought and sold properties for quick-turn profits, and also owns and manages a variety of long-term rental properties. With many people losing fortunes in the stock markets, Stan is a strong believer in real estate as an investment.
