Bryan Scott Smith, Broker Scott has been a resident of Winter Haven since 1992 when he relocated from south Florida to work as an accountant in the healthcare industry.  While climbing the corporate ladder as an accountant, he developed an interest in real estate as he acquired rental properties for his personal investment and in 2000 he took the full time real estate plunge. In 2004, Scott formed Haven Realty Services and since then has led the company to over $50 million in sales.

Stan has been an active speaker and continuing professional education conference leader for various professional organizations such as the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
